Overall, the tee area and fairways are in great condition. Trouble is the bunkers and greens need as lot of work. Sand is missing in some bunkers and those that have sand, it is minimal and hard as a rock, No maintenance at all. Greens were being worked on here and there, but it’s going to take more than that. No one was on the course at noon so pace of play was fantastic but I would assume people know about the conditions.
