only second time I have given a course a 5. New ownership, friendly staff, tee to green plush. Couple of bounces did not go my way which killed me on the par 5’s. Sand was smooth to hit out of and looks like they are making a new tee box on 11 left of cart path on the hill.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.

third time I have given a 5.
glad to see it’s holding up, did not know new ownership was taking over. Have nto been out there in a few months, but it’s still my Top course around.
New Ownership? When did it happen? Last time I played was in early August.Its always been a slight oddity, though, with its makeshift “clubhouse” of sorts. I wonder what it will look like when the neighborhood starts building in around it…
