I was pretty much amazed at how nice Springfield is looking right now. I played here a couple years ago and wasn’t all that impressed. They’ve completely redone the greens and they are super nice. They are rolling true and firm.

I can count on my hand 5 time maybe where I saw a dry spot on the green or fairway, the course is in excellent shape. The only thing I worry about is the fairways are a little thing, not bad just a little thin. Hopefully they hold up to the heat otherwise this course is in trouble for the summer.

But right now…you have to play this course. Absolutely beautiful play right now.
