Greens were in great shape, tee boxes were a little hairy and the fairways were a little thin in spots. Bunkers were awful but with the recent heavy rains I don’t think the course had much control over that. I’m giving 3.5 stars because of the amenities. The range was awful. Balls were dirty, scuffed or split. The range hitting area itself hasn’t been cut in days and your target area is a wasteland. Nothing to aim at and most of it looks as if they are doing some type of construction. Another big negative is that they have no water or beverages available on the course. They have the spots made but don’t take the time to put a cooler in there and they didn’t even have a beverage cart. 90 degrees and 60% humidity make for an awfully long day when you have to wait 9 holes to get a drink. You can find cheaper courses with just as nice conditions and better amenities all over Charlotte.

  • Just an FYI – if you paid $52 for a monday morning round you got robbed. Hop on clickitgolf or golfnow.com and even at the worst price you will play for $41 for Regent Park. As a matter if fact – 4 of us are playing today from a deal on golf now for $26/guy at 11:56.

Went and got fitted at club champion in Charlotte. Great experience, but rather pricey in my book. Took advantage of the $100 full bag fitting.
