For winter conditions, the fairways were in very good shape. Greens were in good shape as well. No dead spots. I few holes has sodded turf squares on the edge of of the greens that had very little effect on the hole. Greens were lightning quick. A few bunkers needed a little TLC as they were more like hard pan that fluffy sand. But overall happy with the playing conditions.
