  Well, bunkers a bit firm, cart paths incredibly bumpy (better just to stay off the paths most of the time), but the greens are near perfect (albeit slower than usual), fairways and rough also near perfect. A 3 hour round on a Saturday afternoon with near perfect conditions for $29 – how do you beat that?!?
