  Another solid round of golf at Charlotte National. The course is crispy and the greens are quite firm, but that is to be expected with the lack of rain recently. The greens did roll true and pins were in some difficult positions – several pins were just a couple yards on the green and some were right on the spine of slopes. The only issue on the day was the pace of play – 5+ hours on a 90-degree day was not ideal and I did not see a ranger on the course to keep the pace moving.
