  Unfortunately Springfield is cart path only the entire winter, regardless of weather conditions. This made for slow play. Greens are in fantastic shape. Fairways are a bit chewed up, even without carts being on them. I’d probably wait until the grass is no longer dormant and carts are allowed back in the fairways.
