Course is in solid shape, but hard as a rock. Hit some great drives, and irons only to see them take bounces like they hit the cart path.
Never been a huge fan of this course, but always like to mix it up a little, and it had been a few years since i played here.
Well going to be a few more years before i come back.

I played Sunday afternoon and had none of the issues that you mention. It did drizzle a light rain all day and I suppose that was enough to soften things up. I love the layout and due to the light rain, we had the course to ourselves and played at a brisk pace. I play every weekend and this course is worth a look.
I’ve played this course a few times and have never really thought much of it. Would much rather play the Fort Mill area courses (Springfield, Fort Mill and Tega Cay).
Well going to give it another try this weekend, last time I played rest of my group were having a bad day, I mean real bad, and the overall attitude may have rubbed off on me.
