Greens and bunkers were solid. Fairways were average but that’s to be expected with recent rain and time of year.
18 had the tree removed so they had it playing as a par 4. Not sure how long this will be in effect.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.

On Monday, April 3rd they had 18 at Skybrook playing as a par three while they reconfigured the bunker on the left side about 150 out from the green. The course has come a long way in the last three years and all of it to the good.
It has come a long way for sure. But it fairly has some issues currently. I think you need to be upfront or adjust rates when you have a hole/holes playing significantly different.
It will also get into better shape as spring/summer comes for sure. My reviews are always given based on current conditions.
