Background: First time in 5 years posting a review; 6 month’s since playing following a year of health issues; and 3 years since last (recorded) play at Skybrook.
Observations: Addition of two, new restrooms on the course is a BIG improvement; trap’s and bunker’s conditions (previously a failing grade for the course) are very much improved with no obvious problems; and changing the Green Tee locations on some of the holes (lengthening in all cases) increased the challenge, but not unfairly, for this senior golfer.
All-in-all, I agree with, and support, B-Man’s recent elevation of Skybrook in Charlotte’s top 10 rankings.

Hey All,
I am also in South Charlotte and have recently looked at Cedarwood ($25k, 2 year wait), Raintree ($20k), and Piper ($30k, short wait). All are near or above $500/month.
There are no inexpensive privates anymore in this area. Even the semis like Emerald are...
