Played Rocky River as part of a Grint Tour event. Greens were in great shape as always, as they are consistently some of the best in Charlotte. There were some areas of the fairways and approaches that were surprisingly in rough shape for Rocky River’s standards, with very little grass or some even just bare dirt. Surely will grow in as the season progresses. Round was pretty slow paced at around 5 hours, but that is somewhat expected during tournament play. Overall, still one of the top tracks in Charlotte.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
