Greens just have “pock marks” from a lot of play without ball marks being fixed adequately. Mostly able to repair the marks on putting lines but there were a few bumpy rolls. Rough is difficult but fair. Pace was a bit slow. Fairways a bit fluffy but quite good. Overall pretty good condition but paid a premium price.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
