I was very surprised after I was done playing this course. I was expecting it to be in worse shape based on what the reviews have described. Just to put things in perspective we purchased the $100 for 6 rounds at the trail, so I wasn’t expecting much for $17/round.

Yes, the course has severe issues. Almost every bunker is washed out and has bushes growing in it. Greens were fairly decent, but seemed to have a lot of Poa annua. At least they were mowed to the same height. I guess people have just stopped fixing divots. Roughs needed a good mow and the tee boxes were a bit hairy.

However, fairways were in much better shape than I can remember. Driving range seemed to be in good shape, but the balls definitely need replacing. The beverage girl made her rounds about every 5 holes and so did the Marshals. This course has great potential and I really like the layout of this course.
