  This course was in better shape than what I expected. I would say it was priced just right for the course conditions. Tee Boxes and fairways were in great shape and that was about the only good thing with this course. Greens on the front 9 were almost diseased, heavy poa anna and the unfixed divot marks tearing up these greens. Could not play out of a single bunker. Most of them didn’t even have any sand left in there. If you’re looking for a cheap round of golf and don’t expect good condition I would suggest this course.
