Gone to Pot! Have always enjoyed Glen Oaks over the decades, however its now in the worst condition in my memory! A friend of mine who is a member has recently told me it was horrible, but I had to see it for myself! He also says the course is up For Sale. Bare dirt areas in many fairway, with greens having issues as well! Sad to see this! I guess they have been too focused on the huge Dog Fight Groups several days per week. They might need to refocus and hire a better Maintenance Manager. Hopefully at some point GOaks will return to its prior enjoyable conditions!

I can echo those comments. G.O. wants to be in the upper echelon of courses but fails to come through. Word through the grapevine is that the course has 3 owners, 2 wants to spend the revenue to get the course up and back in the required condition it needs to be in for its membership, but one owner is dead set on trying to get out from under it. So, I know 2 outweighs one but that’s what I heard was holding this course back. We’ll see…
