If you are serious about golf, you won’t like this course. The greens are infested with Poa Annua. The Bermuda is dormant so the clusters of Poa make for very bumpy, unreliable putting. The rest of the course is in decent condition for this time of year. I played CT Myers in early November and the Poa wasn’t as bad as now, meaning that nothing has been done. I don’t see how those responsible for maintaining the greens could ignore this problem. Even with the reasonable muni-course green fees it’s still a waste of money. I can overlook a lot of shortcomings, but unplayable greens are unacceptable. I’ll stay away from CT Myers until the greens are decent.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
