This is the first time I’ve played CTM since Troon took over the management of the course. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they’ve gotten new battery powered golf carts since the last time I played the course. Other than that, the conditions were appalling. I realize it’s been wet the last few days, but I doubt the tees, fairways, and rough have been mowed in at least a week. The greens were slow, and most of them had at least one dead patch. Bunkers had not been maintained, and several had grass growing in them. Multiple holes have sections of cart paths closed because they are either under water or have huge holes in them. Spend your money somewhere else.

I came to post a similar review but you beat me to the punch. The conditions today were shocking. You couldn’t tell where the rough ended and the fairway began, the fairways, tee boxes had not been mown. Lots of dead patches on the fairways and greens. I last played here in late May, and while it wasn’t anything special then, it has deteriorated rapidly over the past few months.
