  For $22 it was a good bargain. Most greens were in bad shape and fairways had little grass. Atleast the greens very easy to putt when they were good. Sand bunkers were in miserable shape and most had stagnant water in them to the point where you almost needed a relief on each one. Will go back if they fix some major issues and as long as it stays under $30.
