Pro shop told me course was “in good shape for January.” Lie! 6-8 greens with significant issues. And they had the guts to charge the full $55 rate.
The new owners (4-5 years ago) promised they’d uphold the course conditions. They have not. I’m done with this place until they get new owners.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.

I was there today to, Dr. Schteve. Your review is right, but I cannot tell you how pissed off I am at the pro shop. The course is not “in great shape for January” when you have 6-8 greens in such disrepair. AND to charge full $55!!! I’m done with this place. Such a same — they ruined a fun golf course.
