Staff both friendly AND helpful…starter chased us down in the parking lot to see if we wanted to tee off early (we did!). Greens in good shape, but slow. Need to come up with a way to taser folks that don’t rake the traps! Since Troon took over management of the course a couple of years ago they’ve made significant changes to the facility. They taken out a lot of trees, reshaped some bunkers (to make it easier to rake with the tractor I guess), redid the cart paths, painted inside and out. Not sure how upcoming greenway will integrate with the course and the golfers. Probably the course I play most often given generally good conditions, low cost, convenient and the folks are always nice.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
