Olde Sycamore is now one of the more dependable public courses for conditions and rates. It is a fun layout where you don't need driver off the tee very often and I've played it for over 2 decades. So it feels like an old friend when I get back here to play.
The greens...
This is one of the best courses for the money. I paid 30 dollars to ride on Labor day and the greens are fantastic. The layout is nice and there are some pretty interesting holes, but I can't say enough about how amazing the greens were. Definitely worth a try
The course is really a great option and a really nice layout and track. This course would be over 100 dollars if it was in Charlotte. My only complaint is that the greens were not in the best of shape but was told they are completely changing their greens soon.
Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
