Clubhouse is nice. And that's the end of positive things to say Course is in awful shape. Greens are running a 2. Bare spots on several holes. Weeds all throughout greens. Group in front of us took almost 5 hours. Ranger came by once but didn't improve anything.

4/29/23 - Mooresville Golf Club "Great course" Some of the best greens in the area, course always seems to have some drainage issues and some spots that struggle coming out of winter, consequently a lot of areas marked as GUR in the fairways, but outside of the rough spots the course is fine. 4/21/23 - Rocky River Golf Club "Great course" Greens were in great shape and very fast, fairways still coming in with a few patchy spots and some GUR. Good value to walk on a weekday afternoon, and one of the best courses in the area currently. Read The Review
4/29/23 - Stonebridge Golf Club "Worth playing" Course was in pretty good shape, greens were a little slow, likely because of all the rain the 24 hours before and the morning dew, got a little faster on the back 9. Some sod and mulch work on the first 4 holes to get rid of a the hard pan has improved the look, still too soon to tell how it will hold up. Always enjoyed this course and grew up playing it, but between reversing the 9s and the weekend price going up to $90, it’s lost its value to me. Trips out here will be less frequent, but still worth playing if you are in the area and don’t mind paying a premium. Read The Review
3/27/21 - Rock Barn Golf & Spa "Great course" This course is a bit of a hike from Charlotte, but definitely worth the trip a couple of times every year. Fun mix of challenging and scoreable holes. Jackson Course was wet from all of the rain earlier this week, and it showed in the fairways and tee boxes in spots. The greens were in solid shape and rolled true. $55 on a Saturday morning is about as good as it gets in the area. $25 replay rate makes for an affordable 36 hole day as well. Read The Review
8/30/20 - Olde Beau Resort & Golf Club "Worth playing" 1st time playing, there’s some wild holes, blind shots, huge elevation changes, and some punishing misses. Greens were quick and rolled true. Fairways were very hairy everywhere and wet in spots. Apparently they got 16 inches of rain last week so that’s probably why they haven’t been able to cut the fairways but it was the equivalent of the second cut anywhere else. A second look is probably needed to give a fair final verdict. Read The Review
