"Bad, stay away"

Clubhouse is nice. And that's the end of positive things to say Course is in awful shape. Greens are running a 2. Bare spots on several holes. Weeds all throughout greens. Group in front of us took almost 5 hours. Ranger came by once but didn't improve anything.

6/22/13 - Tega Cay Golf Club "Great course" First time playing here and it was an enjoyable course. Loved the elevation changes and club selection strategy. Course was in great shape as well. Two groups scheduled ahead of us didn't show up so we went out early and didn't see a single person while playing which made our Saturday morning tee time even more enjoyable. 3/10/13 - Red Bridge Golf & Country Club "Worth playing" The course was in good shape as were the greens. The tee boxes were a bit beat up but that's about it. The real issue was the ranger. He asked us pick up our pace after 9. Nobody behind us was waiting on their shots but we picked up our pace starting on 10. Then the ranger actually sat behind our carts and watched us play 11 which we found to be very rude. Then on 12 he asked us again to pick up the pace and keep up with the 3-some ahead of us even though we had a 4-some. It turned our round from having fun, to constantly looking over our shoulder for the ranger to yell at us again. Two guys in our group shot in the low 80s so it wasn't like we had 4 hackers working our way up the course. We finished our round in 4:35 and Red Bridge's suggestion is 4:25 so we are talking about ten minutes over. The course was fun but probably won't be back for a long time due to the bad taste in my mouth from the ranger. Read The Review
9/15/12 - Birkdale Golf Club "Great course" I thought Birkdale was in very good shape overall. The greens were in good shape with a few spots here and there but enjoyable to putt on. I really enjoyed our round. The course is in much better shape than the other sister Carolina Trail courses from what I've seen this summer. Read The Review
7/7/12 - Carolina Lakes Golf Club "Great course" I liked this course a lot with fun, challenging holes. The course was in good shape with no complaints. I would play here again. Read The Review
6/16/12 - Skybrook Golf Club "Worth playing" A ton of elevation changes on this course which can be fun or turn your round upside down. The fairways were decent but aeration of the greens is underway which made it a chellenge to putt. Not only did they charge full price for weekends rates but the majority of the pin placements were positioned at the aeration sections of the green. I would stay away for a few weeks until the process is complete. Read The Review
6/2/12 - Charlotte Golf Links "Worth playing" Course was in decent shape considering how busy it gets. Our round lasted 4.5 hours long which seems to be our average round there. The course has some bottlenecks but CGL looks like they have mowed down some rough to keep up the pace of play. Staff is very friendly. Read The Review
5/26/12 - Charlotte National Golf Club "Great course" One of my favorite courses in Charlotte with great course features. This is a no frills course but a fun one to play nonetheless. This is my first course suggestion when golfing with buddies. Read The Review
