Olde Sycamore is now one of the more dependable public courses for conditions and rates. It is a fun layout where you don't need driver off the tee very often and I've played it for over 2 decades. So it feels like an old friend when I get back here to play.
The greens...
Course was in very good shape and the greens have repaired well since I played them a few weeks ago. (People, PLEASE fix your ball marks!) Teeboxes, fairways and bunkers all in good shape. I was playing as a single and played 27 holes in just over 4 hours. Still one of my favorite courses in the area.
Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
