Most greens have 10-20% damage from what appears to have been fungus. Greens crew has added sand to the bare spots to try to keep things playable, but they’re a challenge. Fairways are good, tees are average and rough is dormant but fairly full. The crew has done a good job removing leaves and significant work was taking place on the course to remove and thin out small trees and scrub brush.

It appears they’re working hard to improve course conditions and I haven’t played the course in about 18 mos, so I’m not sure if it’s significantly better than some of the negative reviews posted in the past 6-9 mos.

Very good customer service from the pro shop, starter and snack bar. Really like the layout here and it’s a fun course to play, so I’m pulling for them to keep up the improvements. But – greens are the most important part of the experience when playing a new course and those need to be better.
