I heard they are closing for 8 months for a sewer project, hopefully they use that time to fix the issues. The greens are newer Bermuda and were fine (but fast and hard, I like those, some may not). None of the bunkers were playable. Full of mud/water etc. To be fair they might be purposely neglecting them since they will be unused for 8 months, but the price should reflect that.

I love this course design and remember when it used to be top notch. Hope it comes back.

  • The course closed on 12/8 for significant development where the driving range and current hole #9 sit. There are several projects scheduled for the course and clubhouse in conjunction with this closure, including turning the 9th into a par 3. Projected reopening is late summer in 2023.

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
