Great course and greens. Still dormant fairways and tee boxes were okay but typical before course can get green and grow in

Noticed this course on this site and curious if anyone has played it yet? Mooresville is pretty close and with lower rates for seniors even on weekends and typical course conditions will be hard to beat.
