  I don’t know why I gave this place another chance after last year. Tee boxes, horrible. Fairways, they ripped up most and the ones they haven’t were unplayable. Greens, suffering from severe root rot ( overwatering ) and the ones that weren’t did have any grass. Not a good experience.
