Giving them 1 star for pace of play. Course wasn’t that busy, but they sent out a 4-ball and 3-ball of beginner golfers. By the time they finished they were 5 holes behind (and never caught up). No ranger in sight. In addition to slow play these guys were tearing the course up with massive divots, not raking bunkers (even taking practice swings in the sand). If there had been a ranger we could have told him/her to explain how golf works to these beginners (they don’t know any better). The course was happy to take our money, and not care about customer service after that.

  • Good morning TheClaw,My name is Justin Morin and I am the General Manager of Emerald Lake Golf Club. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Often times people do not express their concerns and I am unable to address them. First, I sincerely apologize for what was clearly a lake of communication on our part. The sad thing, and even more egregious, was that we had a ranger on site that day that failed your group. This employee has been reprimanded, and will no longer be scheduled on our busier days. There is no excuse that I will offer. Emerald Lake did not execute as we are trained to do that day, and I apologize. I hope that course conditions that day will warrant you giving us another chance. Please email me directly at Justin.morin@emeraldlakegolfclub.com to book another tee time. Again, I apologize for your experience at my facility and can promise you that it will not happen again.Sincerely,Justin R Morin

  • Thank you Justin, I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I always have a great time at Emerald Lakes and this time was the exception. Glad to see you are on top of it. I will definitely be back to play again at Emerald Lake.

Heads up…Stonebridge aerification

By Pudge on 5/27/24

Stonebridge GC is closed tomorrow (5/28) for aerification and on Wednesday (5/29) only one of the 9 holes is available (you'll play it twice for an 18 hole round). Don't know which nine or the size of the punch. Pudge
