Just coming out of renovation. So it’s still rough. The greens have been completely redone and are going to be nice once they get really flat. We putted over some bumps and there are still areas growing in. But a great improvement. Tees have been replaced or are being replaced. You need tall tees for the new ones because the grass is tall. Again, the process is underway. Some traps have been reworked but others have no sand and are playing as ground under repair. Fairways are overall good. The rough is high and the fairways skinny, at least for the 15-18 handicappers we are. Some of our group became frustrated trying to get it out of the rough. Course is on the right path, I’ll go back in a month or so and see how its coming.

  • This is a very accurate review. I played it on Monday, Labor Day and it was just as he described. Pure fairways, high knotty rough that was extremely difficult to a)find your ball and b) put a clubhead on it comfortably, they should cut it down to speed up play. Greens are nice and will be even better once they grow in more. Greenside bunkers good, others were played as ground under repair. CTM will be very nice in time with the money being poured into it.
